Today, after over two weeks of holiday I’m back at work. It actually feels good. I love being productive and I love learning so I enjoy it a lot actually! I guess it’s the New Year vibe or something but I feel so motivated and inspired the last few days. I woke up at 5 in the morning even though I’m working from home today and tomorrow. I meditated, did yoga, took a bath, did some journaling, ate fruit and drank green tea and I started working a little bit over an hour earlier. It was such an amazing way to start the day and I guess that’s why I feel very laid back today. After work I got to chill, watched an episode of New Girl, then I read in “Atomic Habits” and now I’m updating the blog. What a productive day. Now I know everyday is not gonna be this productive but I’m gonna try to strive for it and if there is a set back; I’ll be okay with that :P But it feels good to start work in a laidback healthy way! Love it! :D
I’ve been spending a lot of time on goal setting and planning. I kinda just have one goal this year as mentioned in one of my previous blogposts, but they do have like sub-goals. I’m trying to be as healthy as I can without putting too much pressure so; water, workout, meditation, yoga, fruits and journaling. That’s kinda the idea. I’m using the daily planer from CGD LONDON. I love this planner because it has like everything I need: self-care, to do space, notes, tracking food and water and quote. Love it!
Anyways… It’s time for my night routine now so I gotta get going! Take care <3
