As I’ve told you in some of my previous posts I’ve been experimenting with smoothies and thought I would share one of my favorites!
1-2 Handful Spinach
Oatmeal (about 1 dl)
Honey (about 1 teaspoon)
Cinnamon (some days I add a lot and other days I don’t. Depends on my mood)
Sometimes I also add half an avocado and also if I feel like I want the smoothie to be thinner I’ll add some almond milk.
