It’s Sunday. Let’s recharge

Hello guys!
This weekend has been good. It didn’t really turn out as I’ve planned since I did have some plans with friends but due to COVID we decided to cancel the plans. That meant that I could catch up on all the things I’ve been wanting to do and been postponing and also I could get to relax and recharge a bit. I’ve come to realize how important it is for me to have weekends like this where I dont have plans, and I can just focus on my to-do’s and needs. I’ve got to finish off some practical tasks I’ve had on my to do list for some time, I’ve got to work harder on catching up on youtube and blogging stuff, I’ve got to mediate and do yoga, and I’ve got to relax and watch a K-drama after a long time. I’ve been chilling while being productive without stressing myself out with tasks. It has been great! I’m still working hard (not hard enough though) on getting a more balanced proper healthy lifestyle. I’m still struggling but I’m getting closer and closer everyday when I’m trying and it feels good. Next weeks challenge will be to use my phone less in general and to eat at home and cook at least 3-4 times. If I can achieve that next week it would be amazing! Oh and workout at least 3 times next week would be perfect. So those are my goals for next week. Let me sum up so I have an overview myself :P

  • Reduce phone time
  • Eat at home all week + cook at least 3-4 times
  • Workout at least 3 times
  • Meditate everyday (out of routine at the moment)
