I’ve been working towards a healthier lifestyle. Also eating wise but this video is not focusing on the food but more being healthy inside and out by meditation, journaling, exercising and etc. This is my current morning routine and also the best version of my morning routine. With that said; not every single day turns out to be like this since there is class and I dont have the time to do exercise in the morning since I prefer more sleep at the moment :P (I do hope to change that part some day though!)
